BOI (FinCEN) Requirement Check
Included in every package, free of charge
We check, under the current rule, whether your company needs to file a FinCEN Beneficial Ownership Information report.
Under the interim final rule FinCEN published in March 2025, companies formed in the United States are exempt from BOI reporting, even when their owners are foreign. The reporting requirement continues only for companies formed abroad that register to do business in the U.S.
Rules can change. We track the official source (fincen.gov/boi) and email you if a change affects your company. We do not charge for a filing that is not required.
What's included?
- Requirement check under the current rule
- Monitoring and notice of rule changes
- Written explanation of the filing process if it becomes required
