Delivery & Service Process

Atlantic Formations does not sell physical goods. What we sell are official application and filing services carried out on your behalf, and the digital documents delivered to you at the end. This page explains what you receive, in what order, and when.
1. Step-by-step process — United States (LLC)

| 2. Identity verification and eligibility review | We review your ID document and business description and screen against sanctions lists (see Acceptable Use & Compliance). | 1 business day |
| 3. Payment | If your application is approved, a secure payment link showing the package name and amount is emailed to you. | Within 1 business day after review |
| 4. State filing | Your Articles of Organization are filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State and the state fee is paid. | 1 business day after payment |
| 5. Formation approval | The state-approved formation document is uploaded to your dashboard and you are notified by email. | 1–3 business days on average |
| 6. EIN application | Form SS-4 is submitted to the IRS. For founders without an SSN, it is filed by fax or mail. | Depends on the IRS, typically 2–6 weeks |

Timelines are estimates based on past experience. Secretary of State and IRS processing times are outside our control; if there is a delay, we notify you in writing.
1.1 Step-by-step process — United Kingdom (Ltd)

| 3. Compliance review and payment | We review the business activity and run sanctions screening. If approved, we send a secure payment link showing the package name and amount. | 1 business day |
| 4. Filing with Companies House | Our partner submits the incorporation application (IN01) and pays the official fee. | 1 business day after payment |
| 5. Incorporation | The Certificate of Incorporation and company number are uploaded to your dashboard. | Depends on Companies House; most online applications within 24 hours |
Companies House and HMRC processing times are outside our control; if there is a delay, we notify you in writing.
2. Documents delivered
United States (LLC):
- State-approved Articles of Organization
- Operating Agreement — a template prepared with your details
- IRS EIN confirmation letter (CP 575 or equivalent)
- Registered agent details and annual service period
- Depending on package: U.S. business address details, membership certificate (digital)
United Kingdom (Ltd):
- Certificate of Incorporation and company number
- Articles of association (model articles) and memorandum of association
- Share certificate, register of members, and PSC register (digital)
- Details of your Companies House authentication code
- Depending on the package: registered office and service address details, scanned official mail
Documents are delivered digitally. If physical shipping is requested, the cost and timeline are quoted separately in advance.
3. Who provides the service?
- Application preparation, tracking, and customer support: Atlantic Formations LLC.
- Registered agent service: our commercial registered agent partner with a physical address in Wyoming (Registered Agents Inc., 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801).
- Company registration: Wyoming Secretary of State. EIN: U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
- UK incorporation filing, identity verification, registered office address, and mail service: our partner xxx (company no. xxx), an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) registered with Companies House (AML supervisor: xxx).
- UK company registration: Companies House. Tax registration: HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
Atlantic Formations is not a government agency and does not imply any affiliation with one. Government fees are passed through to the relevant agency at cost.
4. Post-formation services
You request additional services such as annual report filing or registered agent renewal from your dashboard or the contact page. Each request receives its own payment link showing the service name and amount; work begins after payment. Annual services do not renew automatically.
