About us
Atlantic Formations is a formation and compliance platform that helps international entrepreneurs form U.S. companies and keep them in good standing.
We were born out of the experience of forming our own companies in the U.S.: scattered information, unfamiliar bureaucracy, not knowing which services were actually necessary, and having no one to call throughout the process. We built Atlantic Formations to make that journey predictable, transparent, and handled by a single point of contact.
With our Wyoming-registered company and remote team, we run the process from LLC formation and the EIN application through annual compliance tracking. Registered agent service is provided by our commercial registered agent partner with a physical address in Wyoming. We share information about banks and payment providers, but we do not apply on your behalf or act as an intermediary for account approval.
